Interning @ Elemetric health
Developed an interactive web portal at Elemetric Health that helps patients and caregivers discover the most relevant patient support programs through metadata tagging. Users answer a series of tailored questions, guiding them to programs that best align with their unique needs, conditions, and preferences. The platform simplifies the process of finding support, making it more accessible, personalized, and efficient

The Ask
Patients and caregivers often struggle to find relevant support programs that match their unique needs. Existing resources are scattered and generic, making it difficult to identify programs that truly fit their situation.
The Design
Developed an interactive web portal using metadata tagging to guide users through a tailored questionnaire, helping them discover patient support programs that align with their specific needs, conditions, and preferences. The platform makes finding support simple, personalized, and efficient.
the development
The platform was built as an interactive web portal that leverages metadata tagging to connect user responses to relevant support programs. I focused on designing the question flow to be intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring that patients and caregivers could easily navigate the system. Iterations were informed by testing with real users to refine clarity, relevance, and accessibility, creating a seamless, guided experience.
the takeaway
This project deepened my understanding of designing for sensitive, high-impact healthcare contexts where accessibility and personalization are critical. I learned how to translate complex information into intuitive flows, balance user needs across diverse audiences, and ensure that digital tools provide meaningful, practical support.
